choosing your vase

now  you  have  your  gorgeous  bunch  of  flowers,  it’s  important  you  display  them  beautifully!  choose a vase that's roughly half the height of the flowers and  has  a  neck  width  that  the  flowers  will  rest  on  so  that  their  stems  do  not  sit  on  the  bottom  of  the  vase  - you  can  never  go  wrong  with  a  good  cylinder  vase  -  make  sure  your  vase  is  clean  and  leave  to  air  dry  or  fill  immediately  with  luke  warm  water,  try  not  to  dry  with  a  tea  towel/cloth  as  this  can  reintroduce  bacteria

looking after your flowers

please cut all stems at a 45 degree angle with a pair of clean sharp scissors immediately prior to placing in a clean vase of fresh water -  i  will  deliver  your  flowers  in  water  but  if  you  leave  them sitting  out  for  a  while  before  displaying,  please  cut  2-3cm  off  -   make sure all foliage below water level is  removed - water should be topped  up  daily  and  stems  recut  every few  days  -  if  you  notice  your  water  going  cloudy,  please  recut  stems  and  clean  vase -  always   clean  your  vase  and replace  with  fresh  water  every few days - do not place your vase in a window or near a heat source as  this  will  shorten  life  span  of  flowers

any questions or issues

as  flowers  are a fresh and perishable product,  they  do  require  a  bit  of  tlc  -  please  follow  the above  advice  but  if  you  do  have  any  issues,  please  let  me  know  asap  so  i  can  report  it  to  my  supplier  to  make  them  aware  of any  problems

deliveries

all  deliveries  will  be  made  in  a  vehicle  that  will  be  disinfected  between  deliveries  -  unless  otherwise  instructed,  your  doorbell  will  be  rung  to  notify  you  of  the  delivery which  will  be  placed  in  a  container  on  your  doorstep - i  will  stand  back  a  safe  distance  to  allow  you  to  pick  up the  flowers  and  wait  for  you  to  close  the  foor  before  collecting  the  container  -  if  you  have  notified  me  that  you  will  not  be  in,  your  flowers  will  be  left  in  a  container  of  water  in  your  chosen  safe  place

collections

collections  will  be  ready  for  you  at  your  pre-agreed  collection  time  from  my  home  studio  -  i  will  leave  the  flowers  for  you  on  the  table  in  the  garden  -  please  let  me  know  if  you  are  running  early/late  so  i  can  ensure  only  one  customer  is  present  at  a  time  to  maintain  staying  within safe  distancing  guidelines
